Privacy policy
Siegelings is made by [your name or company] ("we"). This policy says what the game and its servers keep about you, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

The short version
- You play with a guest account: no name, email, phone number or social login.
- We keep what the game needs to work (your progress, matches, and the network address you connect from), plus usage statistics and crash reports only if you say yes.
- No ads, no third-party trackers or analytics companies, and we never sell your data.
- Delete your account any time in the game: Settings → Delete account.
What we keep, and why
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your guest account: a random ID the game creates on your device, an account ID, a random player name, when it was created | To know it's you when you come back | Until you delete the account |
| Your progress: level, XP, gold, skins, missions, statistics (games, wins, kills and similar) | It's the game | Until you delete the account |
| Matches you played: the result, your team and hero, and how you did | Fair play, statistics, rewards | As long as the game runs; once your account is deleted they're no longer linked to anyone |
| Records of using the game: when you sign up and log in, matches, rewards, gold spent | To run and balance the game and look into problems | 400 days, or until you delete the account |
| Your IP address, as seen by our servers while you play | To send you the match; security; looking into problems | The game servers' logs keep it 14 days |
| Usage statistics, only if you agree: game sessions, the tutorial steps you finish, how fast the game runs in a match (frame rate, connection), your device model, operating system, graphics chip and screen size | To make the game run better and easier to learn | 400 days, or until you delete the account |
| Crash and error reports, only if you agree: the error, where in the game it happened, the end of the game's log for crashes, the game version, device model, operating system and graphics chip | To fix bugs | Until the problem is fixed, and at most a year; deleted with your account |
We don't collect your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location, and the game doesn't use advertising IDs.
Legal bases (if you're in the EU, UK or a similar place): your account, progress, matches, records and IP address are needed to provide the game you asked for (contract). Usage statistics and crash reports rely on your consent, which you can withdraw in Settings at any time.
Where it's kept
On our own servers at [hosting provider] in [country]. Nobody else processes it for us.
Your choices and rights
- Usage statistics and crash reports: the game asks when you first start it. Change your answer in Settings → Share usage statistics / Send crash reports. Turning them off also deletes anything not yet sent.
- A copy of your data: Settings → Copy my data puts everything the server keeps about your account on your clipboard (as JSON).
- Deleting your account: Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account, progress, records, usage statistics and your part in crash reports, right away and for good. If you can't open the game any more, email [email address] with your player name (shown in the main menu), and we'll delete it within 30 days.
- You can also ask us to correct your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The game is meant for players aged [13] and up. [If you learn that a younger child has an account, email us and we'll delete it.]
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be here with a new date; the game will point out important changes.
